Is my shipping tracked?
Yes! All orders shipped with tracking number.
What frame should i get?
*US Letter size fits in Letter picture frame, or mounted / matted in 11" x 14" frame
*A4 size fits in A4 picture frame, or mounted / matted in 11" x 14" frame
*A3 size fits in A3 picture frame, or mounted / matted in 14" x 20" frame
Free Shipping and refund policies
The refund of an order is always possible, for any reason.
However, if your order includes free shipping, then your order will be partially refunded (minus $4 for shipping costs).
I'm still waiting on a delivery but now it's too late. Can I cancel my order?
If an item has already been dispatched it's unlikely that you will be able to cancel your delivery. In that case you may have to wait until it arrives and return it to get a refund.
By law, an item ONLY needs to be delivered within 30 days to be seen as delivered on time.
If the delivery has taken more than 30 calendar days then you can legally cancel the order and get a refund.
I've sent my package back – how long do I have to wait for my refund?
I can only process a refund once an item's back in my hands, so it depends how long it takes to reach me. Once i've received it, i have to process your refund ASAP.
Custom and personalized orders
Because of the personalized nature of my prints,
unless they arrive damaged or defective,
I cannot accept returns for any custom orders with personalized text or heart placements ,
but please convo or email me if you have any questions or concerns.
Why has my order tracking status not updated?
Tracking updates can be delayed when the parcel is:
1. Going through local customs clearance procedures
2. At the post office sorting center
3. Held up by uncontrollable factors including, such as labor strikes, bad weather, politic issues,etc.
